Shout out to those people who have been trying to lose weight but have instead gained weight due to stress and depression. Everything is going to be okay. Weight loss requires patience. It may mean starting over on your journey many times. But do not be discouraged. Forgive yourself and understand that you may not see physical changes for months, sometimes years, but that’s okay. Every effort adds up, no matter how small. Keep at it and don’t give up.
