like…let kids romanticize themselves in peace alright? nobody’s hurting anyone by thinking of themselves as a “beautiful angel star child” or whatever the fuck. let kids make “Neon Cat Furry Queen Of The Underworld Who Marries The Onceler” ocs and wear scene kid clothing and use leetspeak and shit like that. kids (esp. kids coming from underprivileged backgrounds) are already pressured to act older than they are as is, so just?? let kids feel good about themselves. let them do childish things in peace like..they only have one shot at childhood, just leave them be?
