the appeal of buzzfeed unsolved is that it’s not just a wacky believer and a strait-laced skeptic bc the skeptic is much weirder as a person than the believer. obviously the classic scully/mulder dynamic is very entertaining but there’s just something about a man who firmly does not believe in ghosts but does believe that it’s ok to eat a pickle floating in a pond “if it’s fresh”

Help me move out of my emotionally abusive home

Remaking this post because my original one has lost all traction

I’m a queer, depressed, autistic woman, and I need to move out of my parent’s house and away from my abusive father as soon as I can.

I’m currently in college studying floristry, and thus my ability to work is limited. I’m currently only able to work 10 hours a week on minimum wage, which makes saving extremely difficult.

My fatheris extremely violent tempered and emotionally abusive, and I can’t even come out for fear of how he’ll react. He’s hindering my depression recovery and making college all the harder. Living with him is a miserable nightmare and I can’t stand it anymore.

Guys my dad has threatened to kick me out by the end of the week. I don’t know if he’s really going to do it but since I had to barricade myself in my room whilst he slammed on my door threatening to throw me out and kill my hamster, I frankly want to be out of here as soon as possible. Please help me
