On average, you have a 1 in 18,989 chance of being murdered

A trans person has a 1 in 12 chance of being murdered

The average life span of a cis person is about 75-90

The average life expectancy of a trans person is 23-30 years old

75% of people killed in anti LGBT hate crimes are poc

Think about this the next time you go crying over “cisphobia” and “reverse racism”

he supported abortion and illegal immigration AND gun control until he suddenly ran for president and wanted to appeal to rational thinking people which is why he pretends to be a right winged smart person because hes a liberal in disguise tbh so ye fuck him

actually it’s because the right wing offers him more money [because they are more careless with their money/have to reinforce their ideas somehow: the NRA for example] and because he can get support by shock value, but go off, support a racist/sexist/homophobe/transphobe. saying that people who support and adore trump are rational though is embarassing and sad for multiple reasons, but mostly because you’re implying that racists/sexists/homophobes/transphobes are okay and fair in their discrimination

trump isnt-

and im literally-

GAHHHH-

AND HE ISNT EVEN HOMOPHOBIC!!! HES THE FIRST FUCKING PRESIDENT TO SUPPORT GAY MARRIAGE GOING INTO OFFICE ALTHOUGH HE DOESNT CONDONE IT FOR RELIGIOUS REASONS HE STILL PUTS IT ASIDE FOR PEOPLE TO BE ABLE TO MARRY WHO THEY WANT BUT

AND HIS POLICIES ON IMMIGRATION ARENT RACIALLY MOTIVATED ITS FOR ECONOMIC REASONS

AND HE SUPPORTS TRANS

ok the sexism i can kinda see in him but still

but yeah sure im a gay guy who supports homophobia because i support free thinking and religious freedom

homophobia/transphobia:

racism:

you don’t even need articles about his sexism and sexual harassment because he’s been 100% open and bragging about it (but for example, “grab her by the pussy” and Stormy)

you can like Trump, but saying he isn’t racist/sexist/homophobic/transphobic is blatantly foolish and willingly turning a blind eye

(also, I’m pretty sure Obama supported the LGBT community during his presidency. He might not have been the first president ever to do it, but he certainly did it before–and better than–Trump. here’s what he did.)

ANYWAY. SIDENOTE but not really…where did you or I say anything regarding free thinking and religious freedom? you previously said “rational thinking” in reference to Trump supporters–not FREE. there is a fine difference between rational thinking and free thinking. trump supporters can think freely, but just because it’s independent thought doesn’t mean it’s rational.

that still doesn’t explain where the religious freedom bit came from though, as it wasn’t mentioned in your first comment. if you’re implying I’m against either, you probably a) don’t have a proper understanding of what “free thinking” (again, free thinking is not equivalent to rational thinking) or “religious freedom” is, or b) you don’t know my beliefs and haven’t cared to ask because you’d rather attack me in your ignorance. (additionally, if you’re going to support free thought, support it in everyone rather than just in ways in benefits you and your side. that prevents it from looking hypocritical.)

p.s. supporting free thought and religious freedom doesn’t mean you’re homophobic?? it’s the fact that you’re supporting a person–more importantly, defending a person–who is homophobic that, in turn, means you support homophobia in some form.

i wonder how many historic trans men we’ve lost to “this WOMAN went by a man’s name, wore men’s clothes, took the job of a man, lived as a man… GIRL POWER!”

this isn’t a “pushing my identity on historic people” thing, it’s the fact that every single time i or another person brings up the possibility of someone like us in history, we’re immediately shut down, told that we didn’t “exist yet”, given a billion different reasons why we aren’t ALLOWED to see these people as reflective of us and our struggles and experiences – i get that we didn’t have the vocabulary back then but for so many of you the IDEA that someone who went to the same stretches that we do today to separate from their dead selves and identify similar to the way trans people do is too “far out there” and “disrespectful” to them somehow. they’re dead. we’re alive. we’re trying to connect the pieces. go get your kicks out of isolating us from history somewhere else, away from me.

yeah, there were women who did crossdress in order to take up jobs they would not have been permitted to access

but when people say it about Albert Cashier, who donned Union uniform, bound his chest, and lived as a man even after the Civil War, when he was reclusive and lived in a tiny village, after there would have been no incentive for him to do so, I question their motives.

I also question their motives when they list Alan L Hart, who legally changed his name and was one of the first trans men to pursue a hysterectomy, referring to himself as “a fellow.”

people DONT want historical figures to be trans. they WANT to interpret these historical figures as women, not trans men, because that makes them uncomfortable.

same with the musician billy tipton, who hid his trans status from his wife and children his whole life, and whose son didn’t know his father was trans until billy was dead. he told his wife that his binding was necessary because he had been in an automobile accident before they met, never disclosing his trans status to her. the number of historians that refer to him by his deadname and call him an “actress” make me feel sick. he was a stealth trans man around everyone but his parents, and it hurts trans men everywhere to call trans men in history “lesbians”.

Acknowledging women in history is important, but don’t do it at the expense of other oppressed groups and erase trans people from history. ~🐱

Every time you hear about a “woman who lived as a man” please consider that they might have been a man all along

evillfemme lied about what happened.

cishetsbeingcishet:

tm not going to name names or urls because these people have been attacked enough, but after making posts about the incident (evillfemme is a terf who says she was attacked by trans people at an lgbt bar) one of the people involved contacted me privately. not only did evillfemme leave out a lot of what happened that night but she also straight up lied.

the people involved were a cis lesbian, her nonbinary partner, their trans man friend, and evillfemme. evillfemme was drunk at the time, but the other three had not been drinking. it all started when the trans man approached evillfemme, asking her why she was there and saying that he was uncomfortable with her there. she got in his face, like a few inches away, and said “why, because i know youre female? female, female, female.” this greatly upset the trans man and he went outside in order to calm down, with the nonbinary person following him to make sure he was okay. the cis lesbian and a drag queen who was doing a show at the bar when this happened informed the bartender of what happened and evillfemme was asked to leave.

she went outside, followed by the cis lesbian in order to make sure she didnt say anything else to her partner or her friend. evillfemme went across the street and started shouting transphobic slurs across the road (including tr*nny) and also shouted the trans man’s and nonbinary person’s deadnames many times. the trans man ran across the street in response, but the cis lesbian got in between them before anything happened.

it was at this point, while the cis lesbian was keeping them separated, that evillfemme swung her fist and hit the cis lesbian in the face. the cis lesbian grabbed her and began hitting back, while her nonbinary partner tried to stop the fight. the fight was broken up after about a minute. evillfemme was permanently banned from the bar.

the person who contacted me told me them tweeting about what happened was extremely stupid and they have all since shut down all or almost all social media.

evillfemme lied and said that she was attacked by trans people, mainly the nonbinary person, when in reality the only person who hit her was a cis lesbian.

as you all know, evillfemme’s post has gone viral. the nonbinary person’s deadname and personal information was leaked and spread. they were fired from their job after hundreds of terfs and terf supporters called their place of work. them and their partner (the cis lesbian) have received numerous threats in phone calls and messages.

a summary/key points:

evillfemme was not attacked by trans people. the only person who hit her was a cis lesbian.

evillfemme was not attacked because she misgendered a trans man. she threw a punch at someone and the person retaliated.
