“i enjoy being trans” doesn’t mean “i enjoy having been born in the wrong body and all the suffering that has caused me” nor does it mean “im not trans at all and i just enjoy dressing up and stealing >:3”
it means “i have grown to enjoy being trans as it is a part of who i am and my transition has been an important part of my life and although some parts of it have been unfortunate, being trans has led me to be the person i am today and has given me experiences i wouldn’t have ever had any other way. so yes, i do enjoy being trans, just as people can enjoy being a woman or enjoy being gay.”
